This voucher is valid for 12 months after purchase.

Booking Required: Advance booking is essential and subject to availability.
Validity: This voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Non-Transferable: This voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Weather Dependent: Gorge walking is weather dependent and may be rescheduled or cancelled in the event of unsafe river levels or adverse weather conditions.
Additional Dates: If your booked experience is cancelled due to unsafe conditions, we will offer you the opportunity to reschedule for an alternative date, subject to availability.
Age and Fitness: Participants must be of a certain age 10 and above and possess a reasonable level of fitness.
Safety Equipment: All necessary safety equipment will be provided. Participants must always follow the instructions of the guides.
Not Valid Dates: This voucher is not valid on bank holidays, 1st of December – 31st January or any dates where river levels are deemed unsafe.
Participant Requirements: Participants must bring:
Suitable footwear that provides good grip and ankle support (no open toed shoes or wetsuit boots)
Synthetic layers to wear underneath the provided wetsuit. (e.g. thermals or sports wear)

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booked time are non-refundable.
Group Participation: Participants may be part of a mixed group during the gorge walking experience.
Private guide: If a private guide is preferred, this can be arranged for an additional fee, subject to availability. Please enquire at the time of booking.
